Research on Cancer Prevention and Treatment Using Food, Lifestyle and Exercise

Dr. David Servan-Schreiber tells his amazing story of how he was “forced” to research the best ways to prevent cancer and to treat cancer. What he learned is that we have more power than we realize and a few simple changes can make a huge difference.

If you take nothing else from this video, please make these changes immediately if you haven’t already:

  • Eat only “omega-3 or DHA” labeled free range eggs
  • Increase your daily intake of Vitamin D (D3 to be specific)
  • Walk about 30 minutes a minimum of 3x per week
  • Eat more vegetables than meat (meat should be a ‘garnish’)
  • Drink lots of clean water, preferably ionized and alkaline
  • Avoid food or water stored in plastics containers & never eat food microwaved in plastic containers
  • Laugh hard and often
